What You’ll Be Doing

As a trusted partner to managers across the business, you’ll be responsible for delivering proactive, pragmatic, and people-focused HR support. Your day-to-day will include:

Advising and coaching line managers on a wide range of employee relations matters (disciplinaries, grievances, performance, absence, and ill health)
Developing manager capability to handle HR issues confidently, consistently, and compliantly
Driving continuous improvement in HR processes, policies, and best practice
Supporting the implementation of HR strategies aligned to wider business goals
Providing commercially sound guidance that balances people and performance
Promoting a positive, inclusive, and supportive workplace culture
Ensuring all HR advice is timely, accurate, and legally compliant

What We’re Looking For

We’re after a people-first HR professional who blends expertise with empathy and confidence with care. You’ll bring:

10+ years' experience in a generalist HR role
Proven experience at HR Advisor level (or above)
Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and best practices
Confidence to deliver clear, solution-focused advice across all business levels
A pragmatic, professional, and approachable style
Excellent communication skills – written, verbal, and interpersonal
Exceptional organisation and prioritisation in a fast-paced environment
A collaborative mindset and strong influencing skills
