Macmillan Davies is seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join a supportive HR team. You will take ownership in day-to-day HR administration, acting as a first point of contact for employees and managers, and supporting onboarding/offboarding.

You’ll ideally have:
CIPD study or qualification would be advantageous but is not essential. The organisation is committed to supporting the successful candidate's ongoing development, including CIPD where appropriate.
The person
You'll be joining a relatively small HR team, so personality and attitude are important. We're looking for someone approachable, consistent, positive and team-focused, with the confidence to communicate with people at all levels. Your proactive approach means you naturally get stuck in, asks the right questions, looks for solutions and can be trusted to get things done.
