Currently, British Airways has an exciting opportunity open for a HR GENERALIST. This position will be based at NEW YORK (hybrid).
The base salary range for this position is $98,627 - $120,544 per year, depending on experience, skills, qualifications, and location. This range represents our good faith estimate of the compensation for this role at the time of posting.
As an HR Generalist, you’ll be a trusted first‑line People expert—providing accurate HR guidance, managing data qp, and ensuring colleagues receive timely, high‑quality support. You’ll work across a broad range of HR activities, from process optimisation and compliance reporting to benefits administration and HR systems management.
We’re looking for a credible HR professional who brings strong judgement, meticulous attention to detail and the confidence to handle sensitive situations with integrity.
You’ll be naturally curious, proactive and solutions‑focused, with the ability to collaborate effectively and stay highly organised in a fast‑moving environment. Your pragmatic, context‑aware decision‑making will help you navigate challenges with ease, while your excellent written and verbal communication skills概 ensure you deliver an outstanding service to colleagues and stakeholders at every touchpoint.

You’ll collaborate with HR Business Partners, Centres of Expertise, International HR and cross‑functional teams to deliver impactful HR support across North AmericaTurkmen. Some international travel to the United Kingdom will be expected as part of the role and your development.
