Arup is seeking a Human Factors Consultant to join our growing team. You will apply Human Factors principles to design safe, effective, inclusive, user-centred systems across rail, aviation, energy and highways.

You’ll work with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality HF assessments, analyses and reports, planning and managing defined work packages to meet quality, programme and budget targets. You will engage with clients, stakeholders and end users to understand requirements and

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in Human Factors, Ergonomics, Psychology or Engineering.
• Experience applying Human Factors methods and delivering outputs.
• Understanding of HF applications within engineering, infrastructure or safety-critical contexts.
• Experience supporting client engagement and proposals.

Responsabilités

• Deliver HF assessments, analyses and technical reports.
• Plan, manage and deliver defined work packages to budget and schedule.
• Engage with clients, stakeholders and end users to understand requirements.
• Support business development activities, proposals and client engagement.
