SYSTRA UK & Ireland is seeking a Principal Human Factors Consultant to contribute expertise on human factors to various projects. The role involves delivering high-quality technical work while ensuring the safety of staff and the public, alongside fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.

The ideal candidate will have a relevant degree, possibly working towards or having chartered status, and demonstrable industry experience. This position is fundamental in applying human factors principles in transportation infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Must have a Systems Human Factors approach.
• Experience with human factors integration across project lifecycle.
• Demonstrable industry experience required.
