Qualifications

• Degree in ergonomics, human factors or a closely related field.
• Experience with human-centered design thinking, co-creation and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Design, execution and reporting of research (qualitative and quantitative).
• Undertake user identification and profiling including behavioural insights.
• Conduct Human Factors assessments to inform infrastructure schemes and operations.
• Support client proposals and manage a pipeline of future opportunities.
• Leverage qualitative methods such as persona development and customer journey mapping.
