Job summary

ILG, a leading 3PL and marketing solutions provider, is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager in the United Kingdom. You will own HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub, ensuring clean data, robust automation, and insightful reporting to drive pipeline growth.

Working closely with Marketing and Sales, you will manage lead scoring, lifecycle stages and attribution, and build nurture journeys. This is a 6-month Fixed Term Contract with hybrid working options after probation.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub.
• Experience with marketing automation, workflows and lead scoring.
• Good understanding of attribution and lead tracking.
• Strong analytical and data management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Experience working with Sales on lead management.
• Proactive, organized and solutions-focused approach.
• Understanding of GDPR and email marketing compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimise HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub.
• Build and improve marketing automation, workflows and nurture journeys.
• Ensure leads are tracked accurately from first touch through to customer.
• Manage lead scoring, lifecycle stages and marketing attribution.
• Keep marketing data clean, accurate and reliable.
• Create dashboards and reporting that turn data into useful insights.
• Support campaigns with segmentation, lists and automation.
• Look for smarter ways to improve processes and reduce manual activity.
