ILG (International Logistics Group Ltd) is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager in East Grinstead to optimise our marketing systems and data. You will own HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub, building automation and providing clear insights into pipeline contribution.

Working with Marketing and Sales, you will manage lead scoring, lifecycle stages and attribution, keep data clean, create dashboards, and support campaigns with segmentation.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub.
• Experience with marketing automation, workflows and lead scoring.
• A good understanding of attribution and lead tracking.
• Strong analytical and data management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Experience working with Sales on lead management.
• Understanding of GDPR and email marketing compliance.

Responsabilités

• Own and optimise HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub
• Build and improve marketing automation, workflows and nurture journeys
• Ensure leads are tracked accurately from first touch through to customer
• Manage lead scoring, lifecycle stages and marketing attribution
• Keep marketing data clean, accurate and reliable
• Create dashboards and reporting that turn data into useful insights
• Support campaigns with segmentation, lists and automation
• Look for smarter ways to improve processes and reduce manual activity
