Job summary

Express Recruitment Limited, in partnership with a market-leading technology consultancy, seeks a Principal HubSpot Consultant in Oxford to lead CRM transformations and advanced HubSpot implementation projects.

You will work across marketing, sales and tech, shaping HubSpot strategies, automations and AI tools while engaging with senior stakeholders and delivering workshops to meet business goals.

Qualifications

• Advanced HubSpot knowledge required.
• Proven track record leading end-to-end CRM implementations, transformations and integrations.
• Experience with AI and automation tools.
• Background in sales, marketing, and/or technology.
• Ability to build relationships with clients and senior stakeholders.
• Translate client business goals into technical specifications.
• Prepare solution design documentation and diagrams.
• Collaborate with teams to sign-off on solutions.
• Lead customer workshops and training sessions.
• Shape future CRM, RevOps, and CX models with AI adoption.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end CRM implementations, transformations and integrations.
• Advise on CRM architecture, integrations and automation.
• Lead workshops and training sessions with customers face-to-face.
• Design future-proof CRM, RevOps, and customer experience models.
• Advise technical teams on CRM architecture and integrations.
• Shape transformation roadmaps with PMs and Product Owners.
• Chair webinars with marketing to build the company brand.
