Go Fractional is seeking a CRM/HubSpot Systems Architect for a 12-month contract in Leamington Spa. The role focuses on governing HubSpot, shaping the data architecture, and enhancing the technical capability across the revenue ops team.

You will lead enterprise-scale HubSpot implementations, ensure data integrity, and drive automation as the business scales. The position reports to the COO and collaborates with the Director of Revenue Operations.

Qualifikationen

• Strong HubSpot architecture and administration experience at enterprise scale.
• Experience designing data models and governance frameworks for CRM platforms.
• Comfortable communicating across multiple stakeholders and dual report lines.
• Ability to work independently within a fixed contract term and apply AI tools to day-to-day work.

Aufgaben

• Manage the CRM data model, integration architecture and governance standards.
• Govern HubSpot workflows, reduce sprawl and ensure reliable automation as the system scales.
• Own properties governance, lead form creation and lead-scoring governance, support Marketing Ops.
• Own middleware, integration data filters, sync troubleshooting and onboarding for new business units.
• Maintain data hygiene across contacts, companies and deals, including deduplication and enrichment.
• Document system architecture, data dictionaries and SOPs; support user training and adoption.
• Provide hands-on architecture and systems support to the wider operations team.
• Leverage HubSpot experience plus adjacent platforms (e.g., Zendesk, ChurnZero).
• Build the AI workflow infrastructure to support new product launches.
