Lodestone House is seeking an enthusiastic Hub Sous Chef to join the catering team at Uppingham School. You will support the Head Chef and Senior Sous Chef with daily kitchen operations, preparing and presenting high-quality food at scale.

The role requires a hands-on approach in busy services, menu development input, and strict adherence to food safety, allergen controls, and HACCP. A City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent with Food Hygiene is preferred.

Qualificações

• Experience in professional kitchen food preparation and service.
• Passion for fresh, high-quality food and menu development.
• City & Guilds / NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent with Food Hygiene qualification.

Responsabilidades

• Support Head Chef and Senior Sous Chef with daily kitchen operations.
• Prepare, cook and present high-quality, consistent meals.
• Assist with menu development and high-volume catering.
• Ensure food safety, allergen management and HACCP compliance.
