Job summary

DPD UK is recruiting an experienced Sortation Manager to strengthen our hub operations team. You will lead a high-volume sortation process, guiding a team of warehouse operatives as trailers arrive, ensuring accurate loading and unloading and KPI-driven performance.

This permanent role offers Monday–Friday work, 40 hours per week, 08:00–16:30, at Hub 5 in Hinckley. You will drive health and safety, productivity and cost objectives while upholding DPD's values and commitment to exceptional

Qualifications

Proven people-management experience in fast-paced operations.
Strong communication, inspirational leadership and team motivation.
Decisive, proactive decision-making and problem resolution.
Resilience, self-motivation and flexibility in a dynamic environment.
Excellent computer skills and proficiency with Google Chrome.
Ability to generate comprehensive reporting and data analysis.
Vigilant against unscrupulous activity and able to take swift action.

Holds a full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities
