DPD Group is recruiting an experienced Sortation Manager to lead our hub operations in a high-volume environment. You will manage a team of warehouse operatives responsible for loading/unloading trailers and ensuring precise parcel sortation to support our delivery network.

The role demands strong leadership, proactive problem solving, and robust reporting capabilities to sustain health, safety, and performance standards across the hub.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast paced operation with people management responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of warehouse operatives engaged in loading/unloading and sortation.
• Oversee accurate sortation to meet KPIs and deliver high service levels to Depots and customers.
• Ensure health & safety, productivity, and cost targets are met.
• Resolve operational issues promptly while maintaining process quality.
• Provide comprehensive reporting and data analysis to improve performance.
