Tailored Technical Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced HSQE Advisor in Dartford to strengthen health, safety, quality and environmental standards across UK sites. The role demands a proactive leader with audits, investigations, and training responsibilities.

Candidates should hold a NEBOSH General Certificate with ISO 9001/14001/45001 knowledge, and a Lead Auditor or equivalent qualification, plus willingness to travel to multiple sites.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ HSQE experience in an engineering, industrial, or technical environment.
• NEBOSH General Certificate (minimum).
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 systems.
• Internal or Lead Auditor qualification.
• Strong understanding of CDM regulations.
• Confident communicator with strong organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain HSQE management systems.
• Ensure compliance with legislation, CDM regulations, and ISO standards (9001 & 14001).
• Provide health and safety guidance to managers, teams, and subcontractors.
• Lead investigations into accidents, incidents, and near misses.

HSQE Advisor

Location: Dartford

Salary: £45K-£50K

A leading engineering and manufacturing business in the industrial cooling and HVAC sector is looking for an experienced HSQE Advisor to support and improve its Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental standards across multiple UK sites.

The Role

• Support and maintain HSQE management systems.
• Ensure compliance with legislation, CDM regulations, and ISO standards (9001 & 14001).
• Provide health and safety guidance to managers, teams, and subcontractors.
• Lead investigations into accidents, incidents, and near misses.
• Carry out audits, monitor site performance, and report trends to senior management.

What You’ll Need
