Job summary

The Health and Safety Partnership Limited seeks a QSHE Advisor to support compliance, drive a positive safety culture and provide QSHE guidance across contracts.

Hybrid role based mainly in London with some travel to Birmingham and the South. Responsibilities include site inspections, audits, risk assessments, incident investigations, training, and reporting; NEBOSH qualification and ISO standards knowledge are preferred.

Qualifications

  • Experience in QSHE role within FM, M&E or multi-site environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental management, including audits, inspections, risk assessments and statutory compliance.
  • Experience implementing and reviewing management systems, with understanding of ISO 45001, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the QSHE Manager with day-to-day QSHE activities.
  • Carrying out site inspections, audits and compliance reviews.
  • Providing Health & Safety advice and guidance to operational teams.
  • Assisting with accident and incident investigations.
  • Producing and reviewing risk assessments, method statements and contract safety plans.
  • Delivering Health & Safety training to any areas identified within the contract.
  • Monitoring performance and preparing QSHE reports for management.
  • Supporting contract mobilisations and new business projects.
  • Liaising with clients and operational teams to ensure consistent QSHE standards.
  • Helping maintain compliance with ISO 45001, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
  • Assisting in the development and improvement of QSHE policies, procedures and systems.
  • Following up audit findings and supporting the completion of corrective actions.
  • Promoting continuous improvement and a positive safety culture across the business.

Job description

A leading multi-national Hard/Technical Facilities Management company is seeking a QSHE Advisor to join its team. Reporting to the QSHE Manager, you will play a key role in promoting compliance, driving a positive safety culture and providing QSHE support across contracts.

This is a hybrid role, with the majority of the work based across London and the surrounding areas. The successful candidate will ideally be based in London, with some travel required to projects across Birmingham and the wider South.

Key Responsibilities include

Experience

  • Strong organisational skills with a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
Qualifications
  • Relevant Health & Safety qualification (e.g. NEBOSH or equivalent) desirable.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Full UK driving license.

This QSHE Advisor role offers a salary of £40,000-£45,000, plus a benefits package including a car/allowance
