Adecco (Portugal) seeks an HSEQ Assistant/Coordinator for a Cumbria-based manufacturing site. The role supports ISO 9001, 45001 and 14001 compliance, calibration coordination, and environmental monitoring to ensure safe, reliable production.

You will work with the HSEQ Manager on system development, audits, and documentation across the plant. Key duties include goods testing, data logging, CAPA activity, inspections, training support, and documentation control using SharePoint and Power

Qualificações

• GCSEs in Math and English or equivalent.
• Formal health and safety qualification (IOSH NEBOSH).
• Internal Auditor training for ISO 9001/14001/45001.
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Meticulous data and records discipline for test data, defects, and compliance docs.
• Strong written and verbal communication with internal teams, suppliers and customers.
• Experience maintaining ISO-compliant operations in manufacturing.
• Experience driving CAPAs and 8D problem solving in a production setting.
• Strong understanding of UK health and safety and environmental legislation.
• Desirable: Knowledge of SharePoint or Vision Inspection systems.

Responsabilidades

• Support compliance activities relating to ISO 9001/45001/14001 and legislation.
• Conduct Goods-In and Finished Goods testing in line with site requirements.
• Maintain calibration schedules and records for test data and defects.
• Perform workplace inspections and assist with internal auditing programs.
• Support health and safety initiatives, including wellbeing and incident investigations.
• Assist with environmental management, including waste handling and monitoring.
• Contribute to CAPA activity and continuous improvement.
• Administer HSEQ documentation and SharePoint/Power Automate workflows.

IOSH Managing Safely or NEBOSH General
