Engage Recruitment is partnering with an established Ayrshire-based engineering business to recruit an HSEQ Manager. The role offers visibility across Health & Safety, Environment and Quality, with the autonomy to shape HSEQ on the shop floor and drive continual improvement.

You will maintain ISO 9001 and ISO 45001, lead risk assessments, investigations and audits, and produce concise weekly H&S and Quality reporting for management. This is a hands-on, leadership position on-site.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum experience in HSEQ management within engineering/manufacturing environments.
• Proven ability to lead Safety, Environment and Quality initiatives.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Aufgaben

• Own HSEQ across the site, driving practical, proportionate processes.
• Lead risk assessments, COSHH, incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Maintain and improve ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 systems; report on trends and priorities.
