Complete Talent Services Ltd is recruiting a Senior HSE Advisor / Health and Safety Manager to join a busy Manufacturing Engineering client based in Oldham. The role requires a proven track record in HSE leadership within a manufacturing/engineering setting, with strong communication and staff education focus.

You will support compliance with ISO 45001 and 14001, investigate incidents, drive continuous improvement, and deliver training across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar HSE role within a manufacturing/engineering environment.
• Strong people skills and ability to educate staff on HSE processes.
• Proactive in safety initiatives and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Support compliance with HSE standards and regulatory requirements.
• Deliver HSE systems, processes and training including toolbox talks and inductions.
• Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct proactive and reactive HSE assessments and drive safe systems of work.
