Job summary

CDM Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced HSEQ Manager to lead the maintenance and development of the Integrated Management System and ensure ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 compliance across marine and engineering projects.

The role requires NEBOSH qualification, internal auditing experience, and strong knowledge of HSEQ management. A full UK driving licence and right to work in the UK are essential. This is a permanent, on-site position with opportunities for cross-location support.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH qualification.
• Qualified Internal Auditor or above.
• Practical experience with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
• Experience in engineering, fabrication, manufacturing, marine or similar industrial environment.
• Good understanding of engineering and fabrication activities.
• Strong knowledge of management systems, auditing and compliance.
• Confident communication and organisational skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop the Integrated Management System.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
• Manage and maintain HSEQ documentation and records.
• Coordinate and supervise the internal audit programme.
• Monitor compliance with company procedures.
• Review non-conformances and oversee corrective actions.
• Support safety meetings, inspections and investigations.
• Provide HSEQ support across engineering projects.
• Promote continuous improvement and a positive HSEQ culture.
• Provide HSEQ support at other project locations when required.
