Job summary

Build Maintain Recruit Limited is recruiting an HSE Administrator on a permanent basis for a leading design, construction and engineering provider. You will support the HSE and Technical Directors with administrative duties and data management.

Responsibilities include inspections and incident tracking, monthly HSE reporting, updating IMS workflows in VISIO, SharePoint updates, PQQ distribution, and compiling client handover documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar administrative role is preferable.
• Construction industry exposure desirable.
• Strong IT literacy including Microsoft Office and Visio.
• Knowledge of SharePoint and document control processes helpful.

• Support CPD Committee events coordination.
• Prepare and update IMS workflows in VISIO.
• Distribute and compile PQQ documentation.

HSE Administrator Vacancy - Permanent

The Company

A leading comprehensive design, construction and engineering provider, offering services spanning site acquisition, architecture, and refurbishment - a varied and exciting portfolio of work, that's for sure!

They have been awarded some large scale data centre projects and with a huge pipeline of work, need to bolster their team

The Position

The purpose of the role is to provide administrative and office support activities for the HSE and Technical Directors, key duties below:

• Inspections, Incident and action tracking
• Assist with production of Monthly HSE reports
• Review and improve data storage
• Support the CPD Committee to organise events
• Preparing and updating IMS workflows within VISIO based on guidance from the team
• Distributing and compiling PQQ documentation
• Adding information to SharePoint and updating consultant register
• Support the Document Handover Configuration Manager gather and collate required documentation for client handover, such as O&M manuals, drawings, and certificates
• Data Tracking and Reporting

Experience Required

• Previous experience in a similar role preferable
• Construction experience preferable
• Previous demonstrable experience with general administration
• IT literate (Microsoft, VISIO)
• Prior experience in Construction (HSE and Technical desirable)
