Job summary

Penn Gregory Recruitment Ltd is seeking a proactive administrator to support an HSE Director in a hybrid role with an office based in Corsham. The position requires strong organisation, IT literacy and the ability to multi-task in a construction context.

The ideal candidate will bring experience in Health & Safety, familiarity with tender documentation, and demonstrated competence in drafting templates and handling regular PA duties for senior management.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a construction environment is desirable.
• Health & Safety experience is a plus.
• Experience supporting HSE Director / regular PA duties.

Responsibilities

• General support to HSE Director / regular PA duties.
• Organise and prepare monthly report data.
• Schedule meetings and circulate post-meeting information.
• Draft and edit templates for letters/documents.
• Prepare tender documentation on a regular basis.
• Ability to multi-task in an ever-changing work environment.
