Job summary

Penn Gregory Recruitment Ltd is seeking a capable administrator for a hybrid role based in Corsham. You will provide general support to the HSE Director and perform regular PA duties, including data compilation and document preparation.

The ideal candidate has construction environment exposure, Health & Safety experience, and strong IT skills (Microsoft and Visio). You will organize monthly reports, schedule meetings, draft letters and tender documentation, and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a construction environment would be perfect.
• Health & Safety experience also great
• Strong administration skills & IT literate (Microsoft/Visio)
