We are currently looking for a HSE Site Supervisor to join our M Renewables Division in the UK. This exciting role, operating at sites all across the UK, will be instrumental in creating a culture of safety and delivering projects on time without incident.

Your role will encompass:

  1. Extracting and implementing HSE requirements from Pre-Construction Information, ensuring compliance.
  2. Reviewing project drawings and Construction Phase Plan to address foreseeable health and safety issues.
  3. Preparing and maintaining up-to-date H&S files, including METKA–EGN Risk and Environmental Assessments.
  4. Establishing emergency plans, traffic management, and ensuring fire regulation compliance.
  5. Conducting accident investigations and producing detailed reports with findings and recommendations.
  6. Monitoring and managing fuel, waste, and water levels on site, taking necessary actions as required.

What you bring to the role:

  1. NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate, or industry recognized equivalent
  2. ISO14001 and ISO45001 auditor (preferred)
  3. Minimum 2 years as HSE professional in a construction (CDM), electrical, or related technical environment
  4. Experience in Solar / renewables sector (preferred)
  5. Driving License
  6. Self-motivation and team player skills
  7. Strong leadership and team management ability
  8. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  9. Analytical, critical thinking with problem solving skills
