Science Solutions Recruitment Ltd in the UK is seeking an HSE Manager for a Wigan site. You will lead risk assessments, manage ISO 45001 & 14001 systems, and drive compliance across operations.

The role includes planning and delivering HSE training, investigating incidents with root-cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence. A degree plus IOSH/NEBOSH is required; similar sector experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Degree or HNC/HND in relevant discipline.
• IOSH and NEBOSH certifications.
• Knowledge of ISO 45001 & 14001.
• Experience in a similar role is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Management, implementation and communication of the HSE Management Systems (ISO 45001 & 14001).
• Acknowledge, investigate, and resolve non–conformance.
• Organise all required HSE training programmes for relevant site personnel.
• Accident and incident investigations, report findings and Identify countermeasures to prevent recurrence by RCA and Risk Management; identification of hazard and planning of action to remove or reduce.

IOSH & NEBOSH certifications

Knowledge of ISO 45001 & 14001

Formation

Degree or HNC/HND in relevant discipline
