Science Solutions Recruitment Ltd is seeking an HSE Manager in Wigan to lead the site’s health, safety and environmental management. You will implement and communicate ISO 45001 and 14001, investigate non-conformances, and organise targeted HSE training for site personnel.

The role requires a degree or equivalent qualification, IOSH/NEBOSH certifications, and knowledge of ISO 45001/14001. Prior similar experience is advantageous for progression within a chemical manufacturing environment.

Qualifikationen

• IOSH and NEBOSH certifications.

• Experience in a similar role is advantageous.

Responsibilities:

• Management, Implementation and Communication of the Management Systems (ISO 45001 & 14001).
• Acknowledge, Investigate, and resolve non-conformance.
• Organise all required HSE training programmes for relevant site personnel.
• Accident and incident investigations, report findings and Identify countermeasures to prevent recurrence by RCA and Risk Management; identification of hazard and planning of action to remove or reduce.
