Job summary

Shirley Parsons Ltd are recruiting an HSE Advisor to support its Hampshire operation and wider UK activities. Based at the Eastleigh area, you will promote a positive safety culture and ensure compliance with UK HSE legislation across manufacturing, project and service environments.

Key duties include inductions, risk assessments, site safety guidance, HSE training delivery and conducting audits and incident investigations.

Qualifications

• HSE experience in manufacturing, construction or related environment.
• Knowledge of UK HSE legislation and compliance.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HSE support across Eastleigh site and UK activities.
• Deliver HSE training and support to operational teams.
• Conduct audits, investigations and near-miss reviews.
• Support development of management systems and risk controls.
