Job summary

Koninklijke BAM Groep is recruiting a Document Controller for the HS2 Track Infrastructure project, based in London Euston. You will manage EDMS processes, maintain a single source of truth in Asite, and liaise with internal teams and contractors to ensure compliant documentation.

The role requires strong experience in document control on major projects, excellent organization, and the ability to train others on EDMS systems. A background in construction or engineering is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in document control on major infrastructure projects.
• Strong EDMS experience and Asite proficiency.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Certification in Document Control or EDMS Systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project documentation per standards.
• Manage filing, retrieval, and distribution across teams.
• Oversee EDMS workflows and approvals.
• Liaise with internal teams, contractors, and clients.
• Provide status reporting to project managers.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance through audits.
• Configure Asite and other platforms; train new starters.
