Job summary

Littelfuse is seeking a senior HRIS Lead Analyst to partner with HR leaders and deliver Workday solutions across Core HCM, Talent, and Recruiting. You will configure, test, validate, and implement changes while ensuring data integrity and governance.

The role emphasizes AI-enabled automation, data privacy, and strategic direction, reporting to the Director of HRIS. Global scope requires collaboration across centers of excellence and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 7+ years HRIS, HR technology, or enterprise application experience.
• Hands-on Workday configuration and support across Core HCM, Talent, Talent Acquisition or Recruiting.
• Proficiency in Workday reporting, calculated fields, condition rules, security concepts, testing, and release management.
• Experience independently resolving complex issues and managing projects end-to-end.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, advisory, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Guide HR leaders and Centers of Excellence to recommended Workday solutions, confirm requirements, and configure, test, validate, document, and implement changes.
• Deliver system enhancements from planning through implementation and own year-end processes such as reviews and calibration.
• Lead AI-enabled solutions, automation, and intelligent workflows within Workday and HR tech.
• Provide training, mentoring, and troubleshooting guidance to less experienced analysts; act as senior technical resource.
