Job summary

Core-Asset Consulting is seeking a Workday Lead for a leading financial services client. You will own the product vision, strategy and roadmap for People systems and ensure Workday capability aligns with business priorities and colleague needs.

You will collaborate with People, Payroll, Finance, IT and Compliance, lead discovery, translate needs into system requirements, and drive data quality and automation while governing testing and risk.

Qualifications

• Experience with Workday implementations or administration.
• Ability to translate business needs into system requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across functions.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision, strategy and roadmap for People systems with Workday as the core.
• Lead discovery sessions to gather business needs and regulatory requirements.
• Manage backlog and prioritize work by business value, risk and capacity.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to plan releases and deployments.
• Ensure governance, testing, documentation and risk management for changes.
• Guide and develop a small team of People Systems analysts.
