Job summary

Frontier Economics in London is seeking an experienced HRIS Manager (Workday) to take functional ownership of Workday across the People Team, shaping the roadmap and driving process improvements.

You will work with IT and Finance, lead projects from design through implementation, and improve data governance, reporting, and integrations. The role offers hybrid working and a supportive, employee-owned culture.

Qualifications

• Strong practical Workday HCM experience.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience translating business requirements into system configurations.

Responsibilities

• Take functional ownership of Workday and develop a clear, prioritised roadmap.
• Configure and improve Workday business processes, workflows and related functionality.
• Lead Workday improvement projects from requirements to implementation, including testing and change control.
