Job summary

Annapurna is recruiting an HRIS Business Analyst in Central London for a major SAP SuccessFactors transformation. You will work with HR, IT, and project teams to gather requirements, support delivery, and ensure a smooth transition into BAU.

You will document requirements, conduct gap analysis, and assist with system design, testing and UAT, while managing defects and stakeholder communications across international teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst within HRIS or transformation programmes.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or similar HR systems.
• Strong requirements-gathering, analytical and documentation skills.
• Experience in testing, UAT and requirements traceability.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work across international teams.

The Role

HRIS Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced HRIS Business Analyst to support a major SAP SuccessFactors transformation programme within a global, purpose-led organisation.

You will work closely with HR, IT and project teams to gather and document requirements, support system delivery and testing, and ensure a smooth transition into business-as-usual (BAU) operations.
