Job summary

Boots UK in Nottingham is embarking on an HR Transformation journey to modernise our technology and simplify processes across the People Function. This fixed-term 18-month assignment involves collaborating with Core HR & Helpdesk teams, business architects, and SMEs to ensure processes meet requirements and enable efficient change.

You will help design future state processes, prepare SOPs, support UAT, and assist with data migration and training across the programme.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of People Function Processes.
• Detail oriented and thorough.
• Ability to apply a user experience lens to process design.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across stakeholders.
• Willingness to challenge for process improvement while meeting deadlines.
• Experience with BPMN or process mapping is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Core HR & Helpdesk Workstream Lead and architects to ensure processes meet business requirements.
• Support end-to-end processes and assess impacts to the People Function taxonomy.
• Participate in design workshops to identify needs, remove inefficiencies and standardize processes.
• Document future state processes and input design configuration workbooks for SOP creation.
• Provide current state data and process documentation; engage Process Owners as needed.
• Contribute to Change Management impact assessments and learning needs.
• Develop test scenarios and scripts for UAT; assist data migration and reporting workstreams.
• Support programme engagement and training activities.
