Job summary

Boots UK is driving an HR Transformation journey to modernise technology and simplify access to information for colleagues across the business. This 18-month fixed-term contract role sits within the Compensation workstream, designing future state processes and collaborating with the People Transformation programme to deliver efficient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Compensation Workstream Lead to ensure processes meet requirements.
• Support design decisions and maintain design integrity.
• Participate in workshops to identify business needs and efficiencies.
• Document future state processes and contribute to design workbooks.
• Engage with the wider Process Owner network to assess programme impacts.
