Job summary

Pelsis Group seeks an experienced HR Projects, HRIS & Transformation Manager on an 18 month FTC to lead the global HR transformation. You will simplify policies and processes, embed a new Group HRIS, and drive data readiness, testing and adoption.

Working with VP HR and cross-functional teams, you’ll design streamlined self-service journeys, run vendor assessments and deliver measurable improvements in efficiency and employee experience.

Qualifications

• Strong HR process knowledge with systems, transformation and project delivery experience.
• Experience reviewing and harmonising HR policies and lifecycle processes.
• Experience translating HR requirements into system functionality and workflows.
• Hands-on involvement in HRIS selection and implementation.

Responsibilities

• Lead review, simplification and standardisation of HR policies and employee lifecycle processes.
• Define requirements for a new Group HRIS and support vendor selection.
• Translate policies into system requirements, workflows and self-service journeys.
• Coordinate HRIS vendor demos, evaluation and business-case development.
• Own HRIS implementation activities including data migration, testing and adoption.
• Design automated workflows to reduce admin and improve user experience.
• Develop change, training and comms plans across the business.
