Job summary

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading HR, business or operational transformation programmes.
• Strong project and programme management capability from conception to delivery.
• Excellent analytical skills to interpret data and identify actionable recommendations.
• Advanced data analysis and ability to extract insights from large datasets.
• Experience using data visualization and reporting tools to drive insights.
• Experience leveraging AI, automation and digital solutions to improve processes and efficiencies.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills with senior leaders.
• Experience in fast-paced environments with competing priorities.
• Excellent communication, presentation and problem-solving skills.
• Experience of process mapping and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver HR transformation projects end-to-end.
• Manage multiple workstreams across the HR transformation portfolio.
• Use data to monitor performance and support evidence-based decision-making.
• Drive process simplification, standardisation and continuous improvement across HR services.
• Identify, evaluate and implement AI-driven and automation solutions to improve efficiency.
• Develop project plans, governance frameworks, RAID logs and executive-level reporting.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across HR, Technology, Operations and the wider business.
• Support change management and adoption activities to ensure successful implementation of new processes and ways of working.
• Act as a subject matter expert on transformation methodologies, helping to build capability across the HR function.
