Responsibilities

Develop and deliver a multi-year HR technology, automation and AI strategy.
Lead transformation of HR systems, processes and ways of working across the employee lifecycle.
Identify opportunities to redesign and automate HR workflows.
Champion adoption of AI across HR and translate innovation into business impact.
Oversee the firm's HR data strategy and ensure data quality and insight.
Build and lead a global HR Technology & Reporting team.
