Job summary

Lincoln Motor Company is embarking on a major payroll transformation programme in the UK. We are seeking a motivated lead to guide delivery of the 18-month project, shaping new processes, requirements and controls while ensuring payroll accuracy and compliance.

You will supervise the Business Development team, coordinate with Payroll, HR, Finance and IT, manage stakeholders and suppliers, and drive governance, testing and change deployment to deliver a modern, reliable payroll service.

Qualifications

• Experience leading payroll transformation or similar change programmes.
• Ability to manage complex requirements across Payroll, HR, Finance and IT.
• Strong governance, testing and deployment experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Knowledge of UK payroll requirements and controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead payroll transformation activities, coordinating across multiple teams.
• Provide day-to-day leadership and ownership for delivery milestones.
• Review designs, validate payroll, compliance and controls.
• Govern project documentation and governance with stakeholders.
• Coordinate testing, UAT and defect resolution for payroll changes.
• Manage risks and dependencies across change initiatives.
