Lincoln Motor Company seeks a Payroll Transformation Lead to provide leadership and direction to the Business Development team, overseeing payroll transformation and BAU changes while ensuring payroll accuracy, compliance and stability. You will interface with Payroll, HR, Finance, IT, and external partners to govern changes from requirements through deployment.

The role focuses on governance, testing, stakeholder management and process improvement, with strong Excel and data-analysis

Qualifications

• Leadership of payroll transformation and BAU change
• Ensure payroll, compliance, controls and accuracy across changes
• Governance, risk assessment and go/no-go decisions for payroll changes
• Experience with ERP/HR systems including SAP/Global View
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
• Strong stakeholder engagement across Payroll, HR, Finance and IT

Responsabilités

• Lead, prioritise and coordinate team activities across payroll transformation and business-as-usual change.
• Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching and support, ensuring clear ownership and delivery expectations.
• Review system designs to ensure payroll, control, statutory and end-user requirements are met.
• Lead payroll changes through requirements, design, testing, approval, and deployment.
• Coordinate project plans, priorities, resources, milestones, and dependencies across multiple change initiatives.
• Build relationships with Payroll, HR, Finance, IT and external partners; represent Payroll in governance forums.
• Lead payroll process changes and opportunities for simplification and automation; oversee deployment and training.
