Job summary

Lincoln Motor Company is seeking a motivated individual to join the Business Development team to support UK payroll transformation and timekeeping changes. You will contribute to requirements gathering, design reviews, testing, and deployment across payroll systems, collaborating with HR, Finance, IT and external partners.

The role is part-time (at least 3 days) for 18 months, offering opportunities to gain experience on a high-profile payroll project and develop new skills in change management

Qualifications

• Experience in project management and test planning, including delivering to tight deadlines and working autonomously.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills with ability to handle large datasets.

Responsibilities

• Support payroll transformation activities to deliver to agreed timelines and quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members and external partners, escalating issues and risks when appropriate.
• Participate in requirements gathering with internal stakeholders and third-party system integrators.
• Lead Payroll testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure test coverage.
