Job summary

NHS England is seeking a Senior People Services Transformation Lead for Staff Experience to design and deliver user-centred, digitally enabled staff experience services across the NHS. You will collaborate with HR, digital and transformation colleagues to improve staff wellbeing, retention and productivity, enabling managers to support business priorities at scale.

Based within the Transforming People Services programme, you will shape operating models and service delivery, driving strategic

Qualifications

Significant experience designing or transforming Staff Experience, employee engagement or people services within complex organisations.
Strong understanding of employee experience design, workforce engagement and digital service delivery.
Proven ability to collaborate across HR, operational, digital and transformation teams to deliver integrated people services.
Experience collaborating across medical workforce, HR, operational, digital and transformation teams to deliver nationally consistent, user-centred services.
Strong understanding of HR processes, service delivery models and workforce transformation within complex organisations.
Experience building user-centred services and translating operational needs into scalable solutions.
Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills across senior leaders, HR, digital partners and operational services.
Experience leading complex workshops and service design activities with multiple stakeholders.
Strong programme delivery and strategic planning capability to manage priorities and risks.
