Modis is recruiting an HR Technology Solution Architect (Managing Consultant) to lead architecture workstreams in large HR transformation programmes. You will translate business goals into scalable technology designs, covering Core HR, Payroll, Talent and Employee Experience, with AI-enabled capabilities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering HR technology or digital HR transformation programmes.
• Strong solution architecture across cloud, data, integration, security and enterprise apps.
• Experience defining future-state architectures and transformation roadmaps.
• Knowledge of modern HR technology landscapes and ecosystems.
• Understanding of AI governance and AI-enabled business transformation.
• Strong stakeholder management, consulting and workshop facilitation.
• Experience with vendors, implementation partners and complex enterprise environments.
• Professional architecture certifications or HR tech platform expertise advantageous.

The Opportunity

As an HR Technology Solution Architect, you will lead architecture workstreams across complex HR transformation initiatives, translating business objectives and employee experience requirements into scalable, secure and practical technology solutions. Working closely with business leaders, HR stakeholders, technical teams and vendors, you’ll shape end‑to‑end solution designs that drive measurable business impact.

This is an excellent opportunity for a consultant who enjoys combining strategic thinking with hands‑on solution design, whilst remaining at the forefront of emerging technologies including AI‑enabled HR solutions and intelligent automation.

• Strong stakeholder management, consulting and workshop facilitation skills.
• Experience working with technology vendors, implementation partners and complex enterprise environments.
• Professional architecture certifications and/or HR technology platform expertise would be advantageous.
