Job summary

Salt is seeking an experienced HR Transformation Senior Manager to lead digital HR programmes across SAP SuccessFactors, intelligent automation and AI. You will collaborate with senior HR, business and technology stakeholders to shape HR strategies, operating models and technology roadmaps, delivering people-centric solutions that drive measurable business value. The role covers UK client sites with hybrid working.

Qualifications

• 8+ years’ experience in HR transformation, HR technology or SuccessFactors-enabled programmes.
• Proven track record of leading complex transformation engagements and managing senior stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, operating models and digital HR solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end HR transformation and technology implementation programmes.
• Advise senior stakeholders on HR strategy, operating models and digital transformation.
• Leverage SAP SuccessFactors across modules including Employee Central, Payroll, Talent and Learning.
• Oversee programme delivery, governance, budgets, quality and stakeholder engagement.
• Manage workstreams covering functional design, data, reporting, testing, change and deployment.
• Support business development, proposals and client relationship growth.
• Coach and develop teams, promoting collaboration and delivery excellence.

About the Role

A leading global consulting and technology organisation is seeking an experienced HR Transformation professional to lead digital HR transformation programmes, leveraging SAP SuccessFactors, intelligent automation and emerging AI capabilities.

You will work with senior HR, business and technology stakeholders to shape HR strategies, operating models and technology roadmaps, delivering people-centric solutions that drive measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end HR transformation and technology implementation programmes.

Advise senior stakeholders on HR strategy, operating models and digital transformation.

Leverage SAP SuccessFactors across modules including Employee Central, Payroll, Talent and Learning.

Oversee programme delivery, governance, budgets, quality and stakeholder engagement.

Manage workstreams covering functional design, data, reporting, testing, change and deployment.

Support business development, proposals and client relationship growth.

Coach and develop teams, promoting collaboration and delivery excellence.

About You

8+ years’ experience in HR transformation, HR technology or SuccessFactors-enabled programmes.

Proven track record of leading complex transformation engagements and managing senior stakeholders.

Strong knowledge of HR processes, operating models and digital HR solutions.

Experience in SAP SuccessFactors strategy, design and implementation; UK&I Employee Central or Payroll experience is advantageous.

Excellent consulting, communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Flexibility to travel to client locations as required.

• Location flexibility: London, Manchester or Glasgow office base, with flexibility to work at client sites when required.
