Job summary

Modis International Ltd is seeking a SAP SuccessFactors Manager to lead large-scale HR transformation programmes for major clients across the UK. This role focuses on delivering HR technology solutions, shaping roadmaps and driving organisational change.

You’ll work with senior HR and business leaders, guiding solution design, configuration and implementation across SAP SuccessFactors modules, while mentoring delivery teams and supporting business growth through proposals and client engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering HR transformation and HR technology programmes.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and operating models.
• Proven ability to manage complex transformation projects and build senior stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end HR transformation and SAP SuccessFactors programmes to ensure quality delivery and client satisfaction.
• Partner with senior HR, business and tech stakeholders to define operating models and transformation roadmaps.
• Provide SME guidance across SAP SuccessFactors modules: design, configuration and implementation activities.
• Support business growth through proposals, client engagement and mentoring delivery teams.

Are you passionate about transforming the employee experience through innovative HR technology? This is an opportunity to join a leading consulting team delivering large-scale HR transformation programmes, helping organisations redefine their people strategy through SAP SuccessFactors, AI, automation and digital HR solutions. You'll work closely with senior HR and business leaders, shaping technology roadmaps, leading complex transformation initiatives, and driving meaningful organisational change.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of HR transformation and SAP SuccessFactors programmes, ensuring successful outcomes, quality delivery, and client satisfaction.


• Partner with senior HR, business and technology stakeholders to define HR operating models, technology strategies and transformation roadmaps.


• Provide subject matter expertise across SAP SuccessFactors modules, guiding solution design, configuration and implementation activities.


• Support business growth through proposal development, client engagement, thought leadership and mentoring delivery teams.

Essential Criteria

• Strong experience delivering HR Transformation and HR Technology programmes, including SAP SuccessFactors implementations.


• Strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes, operating models and digital HR solutions.


• Proven experience managing complex transformation projects and building relationships with senior stakeholders.


• Excellent consulting, communication and leadership skills, with the ability to lead teams and drive strategic change across organisations.
