SafeHR in Cardiff is seeking a Customer Support Technician to deliver expert assistance to clients, guide them through our HR software, and ensure a seamless user journey.

As part of a hybrid team, you'll handle emails and calls, report software issues, and collaborate with product and HR teams to improve our service. We value communication, detail, and a proactive, team-first attitude.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication with customers.

Responsibilities

• Respond to queries via email and phone with expert guidance.
• Be first point of contact for HR inquiries and route to HR team.
• Onboard new customers and demonstrate SafeHR value during calls.
• Identify bugs and feedback for the development team with accuracy.
• Share knowledge with teammates to improve processes and support.
