Job summary

SGI is seeking an experienced HR Project Manager in London to lead end-to-end payroll and HR systems projects. You will manage scope, timelines and stakeholder communications while coordinating HR, Payroll, IT and vendor teams to ensure successful go-lives and post go-live support.

The role requires hands-on delivery across Kronos UKG, SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM, with strong SDLC discipline and a focus on data integrity, GDPR compliance and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• Essential requirements: experience delivering HR systems or payroll projects within consultancy/advisory settings.
• Strong HR domain knowledge including core HR, payroll, and HR service delivery processes.
• Hands-on delivery involving Kronos UKG, SAP SuccessFactors, and SAP HCM.
• Experience managing third-party vendors and multi-workstream programmes.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR technology and payroll transformation projects from initiation through go-live and hypercare.
• Manage scope, plans, RAID, budget, dependencies and governance per delivery frameworks.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including HR, Payroll, IT, Finance, vendors and implementation partners.
• Oversee requirements gathering, process mapping, solution design, configuration oversight, integrations, testing and cutover planning.
• Drive delivery across Kronos UKG, SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM workstreams, aligning with HR operating model and compliance.
