Talent Partners is partnering with a global enterprise software organisation to recruit a hands-on SAP Payroll specialist with deep configuration and troubleshooting experience across SAP HCM Payroll, including schemas, PCRs, wage types and UK Payroll. The role is fully remote and permanent, requiring strong expertise and a proven track record in UK payroll environments.

You will provide senior-level functional and technical support across SAP HR/HCM, with a focus on UK Payroll, Time Management,

Qualifications

• 10+ years' SAP experience in HR/HCM and payroll.
• Strong hands-on SAP UK Payroll expertise with schema and PCR experience.
• Deep knowledge of payroll configuration, time management, and statutory requirements.
• Experience supporting complex SAP HCM / Payroll environments and UK legislation (RTI, year-end).

Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level functional and technical SAP HR/HCM support focused on UK Payroll.
• Troubleshoot, configure schemas and PCRs, and ensure regulatory compliance for payroll.
