Job summary

KPMG is seeking an experienced Manager to lead SmartRecruiters deployments and advise on Talent Acquisition transformation across client engagements. The role blends hands-on delivery with strategic advisory responsibilities.

You will design, configure and deliver complex recruiting solutions, while growing the HR technology practice and building strong client relationships. The position is based in Manchester or London with up to 80% travel.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial acumen and willingness to learn in a fast paced environment.
• Experience producing project deliverables like business requirements and functional specs.
• Excellent documentation, reporting and presentation skills.
• Experience in a functional and/or technical delivery role across multiple sectors.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong interpersonal and team-building abilities.
• Awareness of delivery methodologies and market trends.
• Degree level education.

Responsibilities

• Lead SmartRecruiters deployment projects across Recruiting, Candidate Experience, and Talent Acquisition workflows.
• Deliver client workshops and configure solutions to meet requirements.
• Advise on Talent Acquisition transformation and operating models.
• Produce project deliverables: BRDs, functional specs, config docs, process flows, use cases, traceability matrices.
• Ensure data integrity and oversee integration with HRIS, payroll, and onboarding systems.
• Transfer knowledge to clients and mentor team members.
