Job summary

Accenture UK & Ireland is seeking a Talent Transformation Manager to lead workforce strategy, learning and reskilling initiatives across client engagements in the UK. You will partner with client teams to shape talent architectures and to deliver transformative programmes across health, public sector and private sectors.

The role requires managing global delivery teams, building senior client relationships, coaching analysts and consultants, and contributing to bids and market facing thought

Responsibilities

• Lead global delivery teams on workforce strategy, transformation, talent strategy, learning, and re-skilling projects for core clients.
• Own client relationships and help to lead Talent Transformation initiatives.
• Empower Analysts and Consultants through coaching, mentoring and people leadership.
• Support growth of Talent & Skilling consulting practice through innovation, thought leadership and market eminence.
• Understand how digital and AI are impacting the workforce and identify required transformational skills.
