Job summary

Tiger Recruitment is seeking an HR Analyst to join a leading bank in City of London on a 12-month hybrid contract. The role focuses on developing and managing the HR technology landscape and delivering analytics to support strategic decision-making.

You will support Workday HCM, core HR modules, Payroll, Recruitment, Absence management and Reporting. Expect involvement in data integrations, dashboards, and GDPR compliance across HR data.

Qualifications

• Workday and HRIS is essential.
• Experience in iTrent, Saba/Cornerstone would be beneficial.
• Strong MI and analytical experiences are key.
• Advanced report writer and dashboard experience is essential.
• Intermediate to strong Excel skills are essential.
• Experience in cross-functional team projects independently.
• Hands-on experience configuring HR systems and data integrations.
• Strong problem solver with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the HR tech landscape and HR Analytics delivery.
• Roll out bank-wide HR systems, roadmap development and maintenance of HR platforms.
• Lead end-to-end configuration, testing and deployment of system improvements.
• Provide training, demonstrations and documentation to stakeholders.
• Maintain data integrity and ensure GDPR compliance across HR systems.
• Support MI specialists with standard/ad hoc reports, dashboards and metrics.
