Job summary

Talent is seeking an Analyst, HR Technology to support a global HR systems rollout across the EMEA region. Hybrid working pattern in Watford, UK, with 3–4 days onsite per week, starting ASAP on an initial contract through March 2027.

You will coordinate HR and payroll data, assist with system upgrades, and collaborate with HR, Finance and IT to improve processes. The role requires 1–3 years' HR systems experience (Oracle HCM preferred), plus strong Excel and PowerPoint skills for reporting and

Qualifications

1–3 years of experience with HR systems (Oracle HCM preferred).
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills for data analysis and reporting.
Exposure to HR or payroll systems and interface coordination.
Detail-oriented with problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Proactive, collaborative, and able to manage multiple projects.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with stakeholders across departments.

Responsibilities

Support the implementation, upgrade, and integration of HR technology systems.
Coordinate HR and payroll data, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution of data issues with hotel teams.
Manage system access and security, providing troubleshooting support for users.
Conduct testing for HR systems, document test results, and support end-user training.
Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT stakeholders to drive process improvements.
Develop and maintain user guides and training materials for new HR technology solutions.
